Please report any issues, faults, leaks or water related problems via call or message. We will do our very best to fix them promptly.
Outdoor activities within the property
House rules
- Maximum occupancy: 8-10 adults, children are welcome, and numbers not restricted if there is enough space for them.
- Quiet hours: Property is built towards the back of the land to allow extra privacy, peace and quiet. However, please respect your neighbours and keep the music down between 23:00 and 8:00.
- No smoking policy: Smoking is not allowed inside the villa. You have a very spacious outdoor terrace, where ashtrays are provided, and you can smoke comfortably. Any violations of this rule will lead to loss of deposit, cancellation of your stay and ban from any future bookings.
- Pets Policy: Only house-trained pets are allowed for additional cost, but they are not allowed to sleep in any of the beds.
- Cleaning instructions: property upon check out should be in state you have found it in. Please use the dishwasher to wash all your dishes as cleaners have limited time to prepare the property for the next guest. Rubbish is to be taken to the bins provided by the entrance of the house.
- Guest behaviour: Please respect the property, our neighbours and refrain from disrupting or illegal activities. Violence and large parties are not permitted.
- Emergency procedures: In case of emergency please contact +421 911 166 641.
- Private pool: keep the pool and surrounding area clean, no drinks or food should be ever taken into the pool. Outdoor shower is available right next to the pool and should be used before you enter the pool.
- When pool is not in use, please use the cover to ensure pool stays clean of all debris. The little door should always remain open to avoid water becoming stagnant.
- Environmental considerations: Rubbish and recycling, there are different types of bins clearly labelled, please use them accordingly to facilitate recycling and reduce landfill waste. Please use water efficiently and only when needed. Be mindful of not leaving taps running and lights should be switched off when not in use.
- Wi-fi and technology Usage: free wi-fi available in the property.
- Communication channels: For any assistance or enquiries, please contact us either on Instagram via direct message, booking.com, WhatsApp or call the numbers provided.
Electrical equipment
- Bespoke electric terrace blinds: use them to protect from the sunshine while you enjoy the terrace and outdoors. Please note, they must be up when you leave the property as unexpected winds can cause damage.
- Air- conditioning in the main living room/dining/kitchen space available, remote control located in the living room. Each individual room has a fan available if needed (keep the blinds down in bedrooms during the day, this will keep the rooms chilled and comfortable at night)
- TV channels: Netflix and all TV programmes available
- Property is fully alarmed
- CCTV in operation throughout the property (outdoor only)
- Underfloor heating throughout the property during winter months
- Fully electric gate entrance to the property and garage (remote control will be provided upon arrival)
- Electric blinds throughout the property
